For example, the vaunted Pebble Beach, in the Carmel/Monterey area, is foggy every morning. Go the other way to San Jose and you have a million people fighting traffic. And in the winter, while they're getting rained out in San Jose and Monterey, we revel in cool afternoon breezes!
