City of Yuma Golf at the Desert Hills
Desert Hills Golf Course is the premier golfing facility in southwestern Arizona and southeastern California. The course features 6,800 yards of challenging topography and scenic views with an interesting mix of vegetation. Desert Hills is a par 72 championship course that serves the region and is conveniently located near some other great golf destinations, Phoenix, Palm Springs, and San Diego for those interested in scheduling a golfing tour. The course is maintained at a top-notch level and has been the site of several professional events including the Ben Hogan and Nike Tour Events. PGA Tour stars like Tom Lehman, John Daly, Paul Goydos and Chris DiMarco all played golf at Desert Hills. Rolling hills, palm trees, and big greens makes this the favorite golf course in the local area. Desert Hills Golf Course has been voted Yuma's Best Golf Course 14 of the last 15 years.
The Pro-Shop features all a golfer could need and golf lessons from a PGA professional as well as other seasoned instructors. There are practice areas to include a driving range, pitching, and putting surfaces to provide a great warm-up to your round. The course is open every day of the year with the exception of Christmas Day.

The Desert Hills Clubhouse also features the Desert Hills Bar & Grill that offers a tremendous variety of great meals cooked to order in a serene setting. For those already on the course, there is a snack shack as well as a friendly concession cart operation during the peak season. The Bar & Grill can host your special event that welcomes 10 to 175 guests. We have been the site for many wonderful banquets, weddings and meetings inside our facility and on our beautiful outdoor patio area.
